About Our Classes

Our gym works on a weekly split. Meaning that each day has a specific focus to contribute to your overall health and well being. This means we aren't always training the same muscle groups every day of the week. 

At AHC we pride ourselves on VARIETY. Ensuring that repetition and boredom in the gym is not something you have to experience. FITNESS & HEALTH does not have to be that rat wheel we used to believe it did - NOT HERE. 

We base our strength days (Monday, Wednesday & Friday) on a 4 week strength block. This means we focus on the same muscle groups and movements with a focus on PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD. Increasing your weight lift capacity, adding lean muscle mass to your body and improving your confidence in specific movements. 

 

Our Tuesday & Thursday are kept aside for our METCON & STRENGTH AND CONDITIONING Classes. OUR BIGGEST & FAV DAYS OF THE WEEK! This is where we get to put you to the test, burn a bucket load of calories and focus on a program that is buddy based or team based. 

 

Saturday is our rotation class. Seeing Week One be occupied with our HYBRID CLASS - a mix of weights, endurance and cardio! and Week Two, our Sweaty Saturday session straight into a secondary 30 Minute Stretch/meditation/Pilates session! 

 

WE KNOW - how do you pick what days to attend! TRUTH IS THEY ARE ALL INCREDIBLE!
