This week is all about stretching outside of your comfort zones, proving to yourself that you can, and spending a whole week focused on good food and training. Located in a little slice of heaven called Soi Ta-iad, or "Fitness Street” in Phuket Thailand.
The Thailand Retreat Includes:
- A week of jam packed training at some of Thailand’s best gyms
- 7 x nights accommodation at CocoVille Resort
- Transfers from the airport & to all activities on retreat
- Visit the Night Markets
- Trip Themed Dinner
- Travel Pack (these are different each trip) But include things like a gym bag, sweat towel etc
- Day Trip (always a surprise to each trip!) but include things like YONA BEACH CLUB, Boat Days etc (all expenses paid in your package)
- An experienced Retreat Host in Abbs who is there for every moment
- Each Trip has an itinerary that is specific to that trip only and holds different activites.
- Big Buddha and its transfers

There is a non refundable and non transferrable $300 deposit to hold your spot. From there we pay this trip off as you like up until a month prior to our departure.
