This week is all about stretching outside of your comfort zones, proving to yourself that you can, and spending a whole week focused on good food and training. Located in a little slice of heaven called Soi Ta-iad, or "Fitness Street” in Phuket Thailand.
This trip has a reputation for a reason. The perfect mix of FUN WITH THE GIRLS and challenging yourself to your absolute limit. There is one thing for certain, you just simply are not coming home the same woman.

There is a non refundable and non transferrable $300 deposit to hold your spot. From there we pay this trip off as you like up until a month prior to our departure.
